Shipping policy

Order Processing
Please allow up to 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order is on the way! Orders with dog skincare products are processed Monday through Friday and ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends. 

Flat Rate Shipping
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours for skincare products using USPS. Standard delivery is 2-5 days. Orders over $100 get free shipping - first class or priority, depending on location. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

Domestic Shipping + Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout based on rates from USPS.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at republicabeautyco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
